Hayden - Director/CEO
Hayden is our founder here at Alongside Support! Starting out as a sole trader support worker in 2021, he’s grown our organization into what it is today.
With extensive experience in the industry, Hayden has been a compassionate and dedicated leader in disability support, working as a support worker, complex disability team leader, and investigations officer within the sector. He holds a Diploma in Community Services and has also served as a Child Protection Practitioner and Family Services Practitioner.
Driven by a true passion for empowering others, Hayden is committed to helping individuals live more fulfilling, independent lives.
